Welcome to Raiders 2025 Fall Programming
We are excited to welcome all Raiders to our programming. Find important details about your program here!
Gear Deposit Form
Your football equipment will be gear designed to protect your body from the physicality of the game. Staying healthy and wearing high quality, properly fitted equipment, all lead to long-term success in football. It is for these reasons that all required football equipment is INCLUDED in our registration fees. Players will be required to complete a Gear Loan/Deposit form prior to being loaned any gear from the club.
Players will only be required to provide:
- mouth guard
- cleats
- water bottle
Deposit Requirement
A gear deposit of $800 is required for each set of gear loaned. The deposit form must be completed before the gear is issued to the player – players will NOT be provided with gear until this step has been completed.
Our volunteer gear crew dedicates many hours to overseeing our inventory and ensuring that all gear is properly fitted and cared for, and to ensure greater care is taken with club gear and volunteer time, the club will collect a refundable deposit in addition to a future promise to pay. The gear deposit includes:
- $100 refundable deposit paid when the deposit form is completed and to be refunded only if gear is returned both clean and by a specified date.
- $700 will be charged to your credit card on file if gear has not been returned by Dec 31st of that calendar year. This amount will charged to your credit card only if the gear is not returned.
Equipment Care
Please follow the guidelines below to care for your equipment. If you take care of it, it will take care of you!
Equipment issued to participants carries a great deal of responsibility. To maintain the protective quality of the equipment, proper care & maintenance is important. This will help to ensure the safety of all participants.
HELMET
Outside should be cleaned with mild soap & water solution or a soft scrub cleaner. DO NOT use any harsh chemicals or cleansers or bleach (i.e.: thinners, turpentine or abrasive cleaners). Clean the inside of the helmet using a damp cloth to remove salt (sweat) build-up from the padding. The inside of the helmet should also be sprayed with a mild disinfectant solution. Allow the helmet to air-dry in an upright position.
SHOULDER PADS
Clean with a mild soap & water solution inside & out. No harsh chemicals should be used - do not use bleach. Use disinfectant solution on all padded areas.
JERSEY AND PANTS
Machine wash cold-warm water with a mild detergent. Pre-soak to remove heavy stains. Air-dry. DO NOT bleach, dry clean or use in automatic dryer.
FOOTBALL HELMET INSPECTION LIST
